1、Installation and Download Issues

Unable to download the app

Check your network connection: Make sure your iOS device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network. Try opening another app or a webpage to confirm the network is working. If the connection is unstable, switch networks or restart your router.

Check App Store status: The App Store may occasionally experience temporary outages. Visit Apple System Status (https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) to see whether the App Store is operating normally. If it is under maintenance, wait and try again later.

Check device storage: Make sure your device has enough free space to install AwesomeMath. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) and check available space. If storage is low, remove unused apps, photos, videos, or files to free up space.

Installation failed

Update iOS: Make sure your device is running a compatible version of iOS. AwesomeMath requires iOS 17.6 or later. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates, then try installing again.

Check device compatibility: Confirm that your iPhone or iPad meets the app requirements. AwesomeMath supports iPhone and iPad. Check the App Store product page for the latest compatibility information.

Delete and reinstall: If installation fails partway through, delete the incomplete app (press and hold the app icon, then tap Remove App), then download AwesomeMath again from the App Store.

2、App Performance Issues

App crashes or closes unexpectedly

Close background apps: Too many apps running in the background can cause crashes. On devices with a Home button, double-press Home and swipe up to close unused apps. On devices without a Home button, swipe up from the bottom and pause, then swipe up on app cards to close them. Reopen AwesomeMath afterward.

Restart your device: Restarting can clear temporary system issues. Press and hold the power button (and volume button on newer iPhones), slide to power off, wait a few seconds, then turn the device back on and open AwesomeMath again.

Update the app: Crashes may be caused by bugs that have already been fixed. Open the App Store, go to your account, and check whether an update is available for AwesomeMath. Install the latest version.

Reinstall the app: If crashes continue, delete AwesomeMath and reinstall it from the App Store. Note: local app data such as settings and game history stored on your device may be lost unless you have a device backup.

App runs slowly or feels unresponsive

Restart your device: Long periods of use can reduce performance. Restart your iPhone or iPad, then open AwesomeMath again.

Free up storage space: Low storage can affect app performance. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) and make sure you have enough free space.

Close other apps: Close apps you are not using, especially games or video apps that use a lot of memory, then try AwesomeMath again.
